Question: Dear Fran,
Since turning the age of 30 I have noticed changes in my skin. As a
teenager, I never had problems with acne, but now I seem to be
having outbreaks all the time! Any explanations on why, or how to
combat this problem?

Answer: Dear Paper Bagger or Bagette,
The age of 30 is definitely a time of change. I do have the solution
if you have the nerve. It is an age old remedy, unfortunately or
fortunately, it is not one available at your local pharmacy. No
doubt it comes under the "orphan drug/remedy" heading making it less
than profitable for most pharmaceutical companies. I don't suppose
you live on a farm? Well, probably not. I have two words for you
