I've got these neighbors who won't shut off the stereo, tell their dog to shut-up, or stop yelling at each other. They're loud and mean, and I can't stand all that noise!!! What should I do?

I empathize with your plight. I've found that some people are incapable of understanding the subtle hints we use. I'm assuming you have used the tried and true methods of expulsion! Duct taping their windows, feeding their dog beans and of course playing Barry Manilow or Bob Denver at a suitable volume to be enjoyed by their whole family including the dog. If this has failed, I have found putting a Real Estate For Sale sign in the front yard with an OPEN HOUSE invitation is a real attention getter!! Good luck!
