My good friend (let's call him Jack) wants to marry me. I've told him I just want to be friends and he says he accepts that but he is constantly sulking when I'm around him (and he always wants to hang out with me or talk to me on the phone). What should I do to get him to back off and get a life?

I agree your friend (let's call him Jack) needs to get a life or at least a hobby other than you. You're much too young to be the object of Jack's lust and affection. I suggest you invite him out on a date with you and your other boyfriend. I actually did that once and it worked like a charm. The clinging vine was quite surprised to discover he was the three in "three's a crowd"!
